KUALA LUMPUR 28 JUN : Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang, Lim Guan Eng memfailkan saman berjumlah RM50 juta kepada akhbar Utusan Malaysia, Berita Harian, News Straits Times dan Pertubuhan Pribumi Melayu Perkasa (PERKASA) berhubung laporan fitnah yang disiarkan.
Guan Eng juga merupakan Ahli Parlimen Bagan dalam sidang media di Parlimen menegaskan bahawa beliau berbuat demikian kerana laporan yang disiarkan itu menuduh seolah-olah beliau adalah pengkhianat negara dengan menjual maklumat kepada negara asing.
“Kedua-dua surat khabar dan Utusan memohon maaf kepada Datuk Kalimullah Hassan berhubung perkara ini tetapi saya tidak faham kenapa kedua-dua akhbar ini tidak memohon maaf kepada saya,” kata Guan Eng.
Tambah Guan Eng, saman malu itu dibuat kerana dakwaan yang dilemparkan amat serius.
“Menuduh saya menjual maklumat rahsia negara adalah dakwaan serius kerana kalau benar dituduh menjual rahsia negara itu adalah perbuatan khianat yang akan dihukum dengan hukuman yang berat (hukuman gantung),” kata Guan Eng.
Tuduhan itu adalah berkenaan dakwaan wujudnya pertemuan di antara Guan Eng dengan pemimpin tertinggi di Singapura khususnya daripada PAP dalam satu majlis makan malam yang diadakan di negara itu.
“Saya terpaksa mengambil tindakan, ini bukan kali pertama Utusan Malaysia membuat tuduhan seperti ini, ia adalah usaha untuk mempertahankan nama baik saya,” katanya.

So Why are you Umno-BN & Cronies, Utusan, Berita Harian, News Strait Times dan Perkasa continuously so set on violence, thuggery, belligerency with tyranny to oppress and destroy human basic rights of all Rakyat, PR( Pro Rakyat), DSAI, Azmin Ali, LGE, Ambiga who are reverent, adamant to seek God’s approval by promoting ‘Maarof = BERSIH’, God’s Law (Hudud Allah) = Nobody in the right frame of mind will reject and repulse violently those people who lead a righteous life, who abide and reverence God. It will be suicidal and severe eternal retribution for those who anger God.
This is a reminder to all you nasties out there who have a disease in their hearts wishing to hurt innocent people = Beaware; do you wish God to use all this evidence against you …Hah? It is up to all you nasties, suit yourselves; it’s your problem and your own necks and not ours as long as we are ISLAM, reform and lead a righteous life submitting to God Alone wholeheartedly.
Remember even the Satan, the rejected are afraid of God.
